In Serbia, injustice flows from the Constitution and laws
Serbia needs a strong state and a strong and efficient judicial apparatus. However, laws are being passed in Serbia that degrade the state. Germany and Slovenia are in the European Union, and they have laws like we had in the former SFRY. What and with whom did we then harmonize in the European Union when we changed our entire positive law to our detriment.
