- Required documents include a pension check, proof of foreign pension income (if applicable), a completed application form with a declaration, and optionally, medical documentation.
- The Fund covers accommodation and travel costs for an accompanying person if the beneficiary requires assistance or in other exceptional cases.
- Applications are submitted to pensioner associations/committees in the area of the Fund's branch where the beneficiary resides, or directly to the Fund's organizational units.
- The application period is from January 12th to January 28th, 2026.
- Preliminary rankings will be published 25 working days after the deadline, with a five-day period for objections.
- Final rankings will be determined after considering objections and will be posted publicly.
