Officers of the Herceg Novi Security Department arrested S.K. (25) from Nikšić and N.L. (27) from Bar, and filed criminal charges against S.K. with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Herceg Novi for suspected grievous bodily harm against J.Ć. (38) from Bar, as well as against N.L. and J.Ć. for suspected violent conduct against S.K.
