Minić: New bridge in Gradiška example of things not working in BiH
BANJA LUKA - Nothing works in BiH, and it's not strange that someone following the Growth Plan notes that nothing necessary has been done, assessed the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Savo Minić, commenting on the fact that the European Commission has again not allocated a tranche to BiH within the Growth Plan.
