Deadly Explosion at Fireworks Factory in Hunan, China

An explosion at a fireworks factory in China's Hunan province has resulted in at least 26 deaths and 61 injuries. Authorities have detained those responsible as an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić sent a telegram of condolence to Chinese President Xi Jinping.
