Judicial Authority Union: Government Has Not Adhered to Venice Commission's Recommendations on Mrdić's Laws
The Judicial Authority Union assessed today that Serbia has fulfilled only a negligible part of the nine recommendations of the Venice Commission given for an opinion regarding amendments to the set of judicial laws, known as "Mrdić's laws".
