Avala Gets Black Pine Saplings
By planting 79 black pine saplings on its estate in Avala, the company "Srbijašume" yesterday marked the International Day of Forests (March 21). According to Krsto Janjušević, acting director of this company, Serbia was the country with the largest afforestation trend in this part of Europe last year – 3,600,000 saplings were planted on 1,500 hectares in Serbia.
