Kalas: First we will welcome our Western Balkan friends
High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, stated today before the start of the meeting of the Union's foreign ministers in Brussels that the ministers will first discuss with their "Western Balkan friends" over a working breakfast about what more can be done.
