Doctors in the field get 15 months of service year counted
A new Regulation on workplaces where service years are calculated with increased duration has come into force. This means that employers are now obliged to count one year of service as 14, 15, 16, or 18 months in the future for their employees working in difficult and life-threatening workplaces, depending on the severity of the job they perform.
