Prema izveštaju koji je Sektor za inspekcijske poslove pri Ministarstvu zdravlja podneo o lečenju sada pokojne Milene Kitanović iz Prokuplja, koja je preminula 11. januara u 23.59 u niškom UKC nakon što je u tu ustanovu transportovana iz Zdravstvenog centra Prokuplje, bilo je propusta u Zdravstvenom centru Prokuplje, dok ih u UKC Niš nije bilo.
