Without EU money, citizens lose high-speed railways, and the state loses credibility: How much does "regression" in reforms cost us?

Money from the European Union's (EU) Growth Plan is not formally crucial for the stability of Serbia's budget, but it foresees numerous important projects for citizens and the economy. Therefore, the potential loss of these funds is not just a matter of one budget item, according to our interlocutors, but represents a much larger loss for citizens, as well as for the state's credibility.
