Preserving Historical Memory is a Sacred Task of Society

In a time of increasing historical revisionism despite historical facts, diminishing the significance of the anti-fascist struggle, and the resurgence of Nazism in the last two decades, scientific conferences dedicated to the importance and lessons of the Great Victory are of immense significance, it was stated yesterday, on the first day of a two-day international scientific conference titled "80 Years After Victory: Memory Lives and Lessons of History". The Vice-President of the National Assembly of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Jovan Janjić, pointed out that historical facts are being falsified today.
