The temporary institutions in Pristina are rapidly continuing to strengthen their security capacities, and the latest agreement they signed with Turkey clearly confirms this. After Pristina announced in December last year that it was purchasing American mobile artillery systems HUMVEE Hawkeye 105mm Mobile Howitzer (MHS), and at the end of November that the process of acquiring Black Hawk helicopters from the USA was underway, as well as that a munition factory would be built near Djakovica, it has now signed a new agreement with Turkey on military-financial cooperation.
