Captain Dragan's 'Wolf' Spreading Fear Near Dunav Station: Tore Apart One Pet, Citizens Claim It Walks Without a Muzzle

Residents near Dunav station in Belgrade's Palilula neighborhood claim that about 15 days ago, the dog of their neighbor Dragan Vasiljković, better known as Captain Dragan, attacked and tore apart a smaller dog, which subsequently died. According to their statements, the incident occurred in close proximity to the police station on 29. novembra, and the police responded but allegedly stated they were not competent to handle the situation. The dog is known in the area as a 'wolf' because it is larger than a German Shepherd, looks like a wolf, and Captain Dragan had previously presented it as such in the media.
