Scandal in Mostar: Removal of mural to war criminal Slobodan Praljak prevented
Municipal workers from Mostar were unable to remove a mural dedicated to Hague convict and former Croatian Army general Slobodan Praljak, convicted of war crimes against Bosniak civilians, in the southern part of Mostar, as residents gathered there and a vehicle was parked in front of the building where the mural was located.
