Blockaders Movement Emerges from Anonymity: Živković Speaks in Parliament
BELGRADE – Representatives of the student, or blockader movement, who have primarily operated outside of institutions in recent months, appeared today in the National Assembly at a public hearing on amendments to electoral laws related to ODIHR recommendations. These proposals encompass changes to laws on the election of national deputies, local elections, the election of the President of the Republic, and amendments to the Law on the Constitutional Court. The National Assembly had previously announced that public hearings on this topic would be held in Kragujevac, Niš, Novi Sad, and Belgrade from May 4th to 7th.
