Poznavaoci prilika tvrde da je ozloglašena kriminalna organizacija Balkanski kartel koji se bavi međunarodnim švercom kokaina donekle trenutno oslabljena s obzirom da je pre tri dana u mafijaškoj likvidaciji ubijen narko-bos Živko Bakić (43), kao i da je pre sedam meseci u ćeliji peruanskog zatvora pronađeno telo Zorana Jakšića (65) šefa narko-kartela!
