Ljubivoje Todorović was born in 1943 in the village of Šanac, near Zapadna Morava. Even as a child, he explored the secrets of this river, the confluence of Rasina and the composition of Zapadna and Južna Morava between Stalać and Varvarin. After graduating from the Mechanical Technical School in Kruševac and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, he became a successful businessman and general director of the "14. oktobar" Industry in Kruševac, and then secretary of the Industry Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. After retiring, he built the ethno watermill "Moravski cvet" on his property in the village of Makrešane, on the right bank of Zapadna Morava. At the age of 78, he published his first poetry collection "Morava krv plava", and now, at the age of 83, he has presented his new work – the first electric carriage in Serbia.
