The incident allegedly stemmed from a previous conflict where Savić had injured Daničić.
Vasilije Gačević was arrested in Spain on January 19th.
Another individual, Stefan Marković, was also stabbed by Gačević while attempting to intervene.
Police previously found the suspects' bloody clothes and a hiding place near Đeram market.
