U 2025. najskuplji stan u Beogradu prodat za 1,4 miliona evra, kuća za 1,7 miliona, garažno mesto plaćeno 50.000 evra
Republički geodetski zavod u poslednjem izveštaju za 2025. godinu navodi da je najveći iznos novčanih sredstava izdvojen za stan na teritoriji gradske opštine Savski Venac, ukupne površine 284 m2 i to 1,4 miliona evra. Najskuplji kvadrat stana prodat je po ceni od 6.818 evra na teritoriji iste gradske opštine (lokacija Beograd na vodi). Najskuplja kuća prodata je na teritoriji gradske opštine Savski venac (Grad Beograd) za 1,7 miliona evra. Najskuplje garažno mesto u trećem kvartalu plaćeno je 50.000 evra na Savskom Vencu.
