New Decree Soon Changing the Threshold for Child Allowance

The Minister for Family Care and Demographics, Jelena Žarić Kovačević, stated today during a visit to Majdanpek that the ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and other bodies, has prepared a proposal for a new Decree on nominal amounts and the method of adjusting the thresholds for exercising the right to child allowance, which raises the threshold for exercising the right to child allowance by 5,000 dinars, from the current approximately 13,000 dinars to 18,000 dinars.
