From the very beginning of the month, the calendar is filled with deadlines related to various categories of taxes and contributions, and delays can lead to late interest and penalties.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE LATE! New tax obligations are due starting March 2nd!

TL;DR

  • March 2nd: Submit PPP-PD for unpaid January salaries and pay social security contributions based on the minimum monthly basis.
  • March 5th: Submit OZU for music entertainment programs performed in February and the IOSI report for disability employment obligations in February.
  • March 10th: Submit tax returns and pay insurance premium tax and VAT for February.
  • March 16th: Entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals must pay advance tax and contribution payments for February. Contributions for priests, religious workers, and foreign pensioners are also due. Submit PP OD-O for social security contributions for company founders/members and pay February contributions. Submit regular VAT return (PPPDV) and pay VAT for February. Submit PID PDV 1 if criteria for VAT taxpayer status are met. Pay advance corporate profit tax for February. Submit excise tax return (PP OA) and pay excise duty for February 16-28.
  • March 31st: Submit PPP-PD for unpaid February salaries and pay social security contributions based on the minimum monthly basis. Submit excise tax return (PP OA) and pay excise duty for March 1-15.
