Ascension Liturgy

With a Holy Liturgy before the venerable belt of the Most Holy Mother of God, a nationwide celebration of Spasovdan, the patron saint's day of the City of Belgrade, was held yesterday morning at the Church of the Ascension. This year, the residents of the capital have a special blessing on the day of the city's patron saint, which is the venerable belt of the Most Holy Mother of God from the Vatopedi Monastery, one of the greatest relics of the Orthodox world.
