DO THIS IMMEDIATELY SO YOUR MONEY ISN'T WASTED: Paid for electricity, but to the wrong account?
Citizens can pay their electricity bills today in several ways - without going to a counter, via mobile phone, but also classically at the post office or bank. However, it happens that a payment is made to the wrong account, so it is important to know how to correct such a mistake.

TL;DR
- Electricity bills can be paid online via EPS portal ('Uvid u račun') using IPS 'Scan and Pay', payment cards (Dina, Visa, Mastercard), or e-banking/m-banking by scanning a QR code.
- Traditional payment methods include post offices, banks, and other payment points. A standing order in a bank automates monthly payments.
- If a payment is made to the wrong account, a written request for redirection is required.
- The request must include proof of payment (payment slip), a copy of the bill, the incorrectly used account number, and the correct account number.
- Accurate verification of account numbers and reference numbers before payment confirmation is crucial to prevent errors and simplify correction processes.
