TL;DR
- A new regulation has been adopted for basic incentives in plant production.
- Farmers will receive 18,000 dinars (approx. 153 euros) per hectare.
- Payments will be made directly to farmers' accounts during the one-month public call.
- Recipients must justify the entire amount with receipts for seeds, planting material, mineral fertilizers, and plant protection products.
- Acceptable purchase period for receipts is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026.
- Justification of expenses must be completed by July 31.
- Electronic invoices must be in XML format; fiscal receipts need to include farm registration number (BPG), JMBG, or corporate ID.
- Unjustified funds must be returned proportionally.
