U sektoru šumarstva takođe se sprovode redovne mere, a najizraženije snežne padavine zabeležene su u zapadnim delovima Srbije, gde je usled niskih temperatura i velikih količina snega na krošnjama drveća moguće povremeno lomljenje ili izvaljivanje stabala.
