Slavuljev lug
The Society for the Protection and Study of Birds of Serbia (DZPSSS), with the help of donations from its members and sympathizers, has purchased Slavuljev lug, a two-hectare forest located in Banat, in the municipality of Plandište. This is the first forest to be purchased and thus saved by the community of bird lovers in Serbia. The first steps towards its study, protection, and improvement have already been taken, the DZPSSS announced.
