Cene nekretnina u ovoj godini biće u jednocifrenom porastu u odnosu na 2025. godinu, ocenili su sagovornici nedeljnika NIN, koji u današnjem broju navodi da su cene nekretnine u Beogradu u poslednjih pet godina gotovo udvostručene.
