FCK May Day: Towards International Labor Day
This holiday, Serbia once again faces division (as in previous ones, and others...) in an eternal (pre)election atmosphere and the current 'sticker war' FCK (SNS or BLK as you like), to JBM TI MTR and 'Students are winning'. Therefore, why would anyone be surprised that trade unions, what's left of them, 'mark' International Labor Day just as 'dispersed', some here, others there, third ones here and there...

TL;DR
- Serbia faces division during holidays and elections, with a 'sticker war' reflecting political tensions.
- Trade unions are marking International Labor Day in a dispersed manner.
- Student protests have received support from various groups, including academics, actors, lawyers, and healthcare workers.
- Organized labor has been largely absent from public discourse on labor issues.
- The traditional working class has transformed into a precarious 'component' workforce, exploited by private and foreign companies.
- There is a discussion about the potential replacement of workers by AI and robots.
- The article suggests that foreign workers in Serbia might eventually unite to fight for their rights.
- Traditional May Day celebrations like barbecues are contrasted with the original purpose of fighting for workers' rights.
