- A security member denies the accuracy of a text published by the newspaper 'Danas', attributed to General Momčilo Perišić.
- The security member states that Slobodan Milošević never contacted General Perišić regarding pool temperature or preparation for his stay at Karađorđevo.
- The incident at the pool did not involve Milošević drowning; he felt unwell due to excess chlorine, with the cause later identified as a faulty chlorine control system.
- Contrary to Perišić's claims, General Senta and other security personnel were not panicked onlookers, and no soldiers entered the pool to save Milošević.
- The security member asserts that no medical team from VMA visited, and the claim that Milošević forbade Perišić from being informed is a lie.
