Аустрија елиминисала Србију
Рукометна репрезентација Србије поражена је у Хернингу у Данској, од селекције Аустрије резултатом 26:25 (12:13) у мечу последњег, трећег кола групе А Европског првенства. И поред пораза наш тим је могао да се домогне наредне фазе уколико у последњем мечу вечери Шпанија победи Немачку. Али, на жалост то се није догодило и наш тим је већ после прва три дуела елиминисан из даљег такмичења.
