Duško G. (56) arrested for the murder of Aleksandra Šarković (44) in Niš.
Duško G. was apprehended while attempting to flee in Nozrina village near Aleksinac.
Duško G.'s relative, D. G. (61) from Kruševac, was also arrested for allegedly helping the suspect after the crime.
A third person, S. A. (60), Duško's friend, is suspected of not reporting the crime or the perpetrator.
The murder weapon has not been recovered.
The victim was reportedly killed outside her home early in the morning, possibly after dropping her child at kindergarten.
The motive for the crime is currently unknown, but acquaintances stated the victim had received threats from the suspect.
A total of three people have been arrested for the murder.
