INTERVIEW Dado Topić: Yugoslavia managed to be its own
My first encounter with Belgrade was back in 1966 when my group 'Dinamiti' from Osijek played at the Youth Center. Participating in the concert of my school friend Zoran Knežević, president of SANU, will be a curiosity because, unlike the rest of us, he even reached space. The song 'Bolji život' is so special because it gives people the opportunity to dream and fantasize. It is not widely known to the public that I made the first two recordings of 'Negde izvan planeta' in Paris, in the studio of Johnny Hallyday and Sylvie Vartan.
