Indictment filed against suspect for hitting pedestrians in Velika Moštanica
The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office (VJT) in Belgrade has filed an indictment against Nikola T. (66) on suspicion that on December 31 last year, while driving his vehicle in a state of complete intoxication on the roadway of the state road in Velika Moštanica, he hit and knocked down two pedestrians, resulting in I.G. dying at the scene, while J.F. sustained serious life-threatening injuries.
