Zelensky: Due to Orban, we will not prepare for the next winter
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated today that due to the blocked loan from the European Union of 90 billion euros, of which 45 were supposed to arrive this year, Ukraine may not have time to prepare for the next winter.
