Although the real estate market in Serbia is most often associated with Belgrade and Novi Sad, current data show that a significant part of sales activity also takes place in the cities of central Serbia. Kragujevac, Čačak, and Kraljevo record stable demand, with prices ranging from 990 to 2,171 euros per square meter and an average sales time of 39 to 62 days.
