DRUNK DRIVING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION CAUSED DEATH NEAR PRNJAVOR: BMW DRIVER CHARGED FOR TRAGEDY ON THE '9. JANUARY' HIGHWAY
Tuzlak Darko B. (41) is accused of an accident on the '9. January' highway that occurred on July 20, 2024, around 11:20 PM in the Prnjavor area, when, as stated, while driving a BMW with a blood alcohol level of 1.97 per mille and driving in the wrong direction from Prnjavor towards Laktaši, he collided with a Tesla driven by D. Lj., while passenger Toplica Kitić (40) from Prnjavor died at the scene, and the Tesla driver suffered serious injuries.
