Reduced excise taxes on Eurodiesel and gasoline

Due to an increase in manufacturer prices of oil derivatives caused by the rise in the price of crude oil on the world market, excise tax amounts are temporarily reduced, announced a Government Decision in the Official Gazette.

Reduced excise taxes on Eurodiesel and gasoline

TL;DR

  • Excise taxes on oil derivatives have been temporarily reduced by 20%.
  • The reduction is a response to increased manufacturer prices caused by rising global crude oil prices.
