First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Siniša Mali stated today in Washington that negotiations on the sale and purchase agreement between MOL, ADNOK, and Gazprom Neft regarding the takeover of the Russian stake in the Oil Industry of Serbia are nearing completion, and stated that MOL representatives are expected to come to Belgrade on Tuesday to finalize discussions on the shareholders' agreement with the Serbian Government.
