CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN MONTENEGRO: Four people suspected, state damaged by 200,000 euros

Officials from the Sector for Combating Crime, in cooperation with officials from the urban-construction inspection, Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, filed criminal charges against four people on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of constructing a facility without a permit and construction documentation. Thus, they allegedly caused damage to the state of close to 200,000 euros.
