A Perfect Ten
This chair, officially named NV-44, was once a favorite of designer Finn Juhl, who was more professionally proud of it than anything else he did. It is made of rosewood and leather, and only 12 original copies were produced. If it's real and not a copy, it's fabulously expensive because its price implies a lot. Firstly, the original design - the shape, and then everything else that goes with it: the most expensive Cuban wood, expertly carved like a perfect sculpture, the finest leather as upholstery for the padded seat, perfect and stable structural connections that have withstood all possible quality tests in the 'furniture torture chamber'.
TL;DR
