Sibirske temperature sa vrednostima i do -46, zahvatile OVAJ deo Evrope: Evo da li polarni udar preti i Srbiji
Ledeni vazduh iz Sibira prodrao je do istoka Evrope i doneo evropskom delu Rusije pravi polarni udar. Temperature su na istoku i severoistoku opale na -46 stepeni, u centralnom delu na -30. Ledeni vazduh stigao je sve do zapadnog dela Rusije i Moskve, uz temperature od -20 do -15 stepeni. Na udaru ledenog vazduha su i Ukrajina i Belorusija.
