Polar light can appear even above Serbia: Astronomer reveals the secret, here's where it can be seen
The origin of polar light lies in pure physics - solar activity, said Jovan Aleksić from the Astronomical Observatory Belgrade, adding that polar light has no impact on human life on planet Earth, nor on power outages.

TL;DR
- Polar light, or aurora, is a result of charged particles from the Sun interacting with Earth's magnetic field, entering the atmosphere through the poles.
- The color of the polar light, most commonly green, depends on energy, wavelength, frequency, and atmospheric composition (oxygen).
- Polar light can be seen above Serbia, particularly from locations far from urban areas with less atmospheric and light pollution.
- High solar activity is expected to continue throughout the year, with frequent solar storms occurring.
- Dark matter is an unseen substance whose presence is inferred from its gravitational influence on the movement of stars and galaxies.
