Prince Filip at the opening of the "Embroidered Portraits of the Karađorđević Dynasty" trucking craft exhibition
The trucking craft exhibition project, supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, is being realized by the Museum of Sweets from Kraljevo, and its authors are art historian Marina Lukić Cvetić and Dr. Lidija Cvetić Vučković. The project's idea is to unite and reproduce, using the technique of traditional embroidery, almost unknown patterns with motifs of the royal couple King Alexander I and Queen Marija Karađorđević, as well as their children, which are kept on wall hangings in ethnological collections of museums throughout Serbia and in private collections.
