Umesto da potrošnju evidentira svakog meseca, EPS je neke građane „uterao“ u crvenu zonu tako što im „uzima meru“ jednom u nekoliko meseci, ali im račun ispostavlja kao da su sve potrošili za samo 30 dana. Rezultat su i dva-tri puta veći računi nego što bi bili da se brojila redovno očitavaju

- Bills are issued as if all consumption occurred within a 30-day period.
- This leads to bills that are two to three times higher than with regular readings.
