Mijatović: Fans and the public must know the truth

I am unpleasantly surprised by the statement of the Board of Directors and for that reason I am addressing the fans of Partizan and the public, who have every right to know the truth, and that is this - the claims of the Board of Directors that there were no transfers in the winter transfer window are incorrect, said the Vice-President of FK Partizan in charge of sports affairs Predrag Mijatović.

Mijatović: Fans and the public must know the truth

TL;DR

  • Predrag Mijatović, FK Partizan's Vice-President for Sports Affairs, refutes the Board of Directors' claim that no transfers occurred in the winter window.
  • Mijatović states that the Grimaldo transfer to Sparta Prague and funds from Arijaga's transfer were realized during the winter window and used for UEFA monitoring.
  • He mentions that FK Partizan's President, Rasim Ljajić, borrowed funds from KK Partizan, and a businessman provided a loan that was later repaid.
  • Mijatović criticizes the Board of Directors for their lack of involvement in addressing the UEFA monitoring issue.
  • He explains that a loan from a Swedish investment fund (WesterInvest AB) did not happen because contract clauses conflicted with UEFA regulations.
  • Mijatović supports holding an extraordinary club assembly and questions why other board members are involved in the sports sector.
  • He expresses that his work is often disregarded and relativized in public.
