Pljevlja not celebrating Independence Day due to lack of citizen interest

While parts of Montenegro are busy preparing programs for the two-decade anniversary of the referendum on state independence, some municipalities, including Pljevlja, are announcing that they will not mark May 21st, which gives this decision particular political and social weight.
