The head of a part of the Balkan cartel, Nenad Vinčić, in whose bar in Barcelona a bloody drama occurred when Krsto Vujić, a member of the 'škaljarac' group, was wounded on Tuesday around 4 PM, has long been considered a high-ranking member of the drug cartel, given that his name was often mentioned in police reports.
