Eurojust Spokesperson to Danas: It is up to Serbia to decide on the liaison prosecutor with this office

According to the Cooperation Agreement between Eurojust and Serbia (2019), however, it is exclusively up to the Serbian authorities to decide on the deployment of a liaison prosecutor, said Jakobien Breukink, spokesperson for Eurojust, for Danas, reacting to the closure of the Serbian liaison office with Eurojust in The Hague.
