Lock after lock: A true 'festival of bankruptcies' is happening in the EU
The number of company bankruptcies in Germany increased by 10.3 percent in 2025, after courts registered a total of 24,064 bankruptcy proceedings, the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) announced today.
